Bus Express | Terms and Conditions
Through the website www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com, we offer transfer services in minibusses with a capacity of 1 to 8 passengers.
The bus service is a “shared ride” in which customers buy one or more seats by booking online on the website. The service will not be exclusive, and the transportation will likely be shared with other passengers.
The service is activated with a minimum of 2 seat reservations. If you’re traveling alone, you must book two seats.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
1. www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com reserves the right to confirm the service for bookings made at least 24 hours before the desired date.
TRANSPORTATION
a. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles of www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com.
b. The drivers of www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com and all of its suppliers may refuse to accept anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or anyone considered a threat to the driver, the vehicles, or other passengers.
c. Consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs inside the vehicles used by www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com is not allowed.
d. All vehicles of www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com and its suppliers are regularly insured for third-party liability in compliance with current legislation.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS
a. Cancellation of reservations can only be made via email to info@lanavetta.com and will be confirmed by email.
b. If the customer does not receive the cancellation confirmation email, it is their responsibility to call the offices of www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com.
c. Any complaints and refund requests will be processed in writing, via email to info@lanavetta.com within thirty days of the service.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
a. When two or more people are included in the same reservation, the person in question (Client) will be treated as an agent on behalf of the other members of the group (Passengers) and, therefore, accepts the service conditions offered by www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com.
b. When booking online, the customer declares and accepts that all information paid to the company is correct and complete.
c. The confirmation of the reservation (Transport Voucher) is an all-inclusive travel ticket. This should be printed, carried, and presented to the driver of www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com before each transfer. The “Booking Request,” on the other hand, is not valid as a travel ticket.
d. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are provided with what they have reserved. Any anomalies can be communicated via email to info@lanavetta.com prior to the service being performed.
e. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid telephone number for at least one passenger, including any international prefix, for emergencies, as the pick-up time from the agreed-upon locations or traffic may jeopardize the normal operation. In the case of a telephone or structure, the telephone number of the house or tourist accommodation where the passenger is staying will be indicated. The pick-up time will be communicated by phone or SMS by www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com within 24/36 hours prior to the transfer. Therefore, the responsibility of the passengers regarding messages on the mobile phone from www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com does not include reservations where no telephone contact has been indicated. For pick-ups to be made at the airport, please note that drivers must wait a maximum of 30 (thirty) minutes from the scheduled time of arrival. It will be the responsibility of the customer and/or passenger to take note of the assigned driver’s phone number, in fact, in case of changes in departure times or departure from the departure point, to avoid missing the transfer, it should be promptly detected by phone and the new expected arrival time will be communicated.
f. All payments are refunded only if canceled by www.sanvitolocapobusexpress.com.
g. The customer’s legal rights cannot be denied or reduced in any case.
h. These general terms and conditions are subject to Italian law. For any disputes, it will be possible to contact the Court of Trapani.
LUGGAGE
If the customer has a golf bag or bicycle, an additional fee may be charged due to errors in the spaces provided during the reservation. In the event of a failure to communicate with San Vito, Capo Bus Express, its suppliers refuse to transport undeclared items.
